Wine Making Class

Starts Wednesday 01/11/12  

See the wine making process from start to finish!  Join us for one or all of the following sessions on wine making, each session will last about 1 to 1&1/2 hours.  We will be making three wines; red, white & fruit wine.  In addition to learning the 5 main steps of wine making you will be given definitions of relevant terminology.  You will also receive 1 bottle of wine from each batch made with a personalized label. 

Schedule: All classes start at 6pm.
